The second option is one i did a while ago this option is one i did this time.the first time i basically got the first company who would touch me.I bought the car and attached a forum which catered for my car it being the skylineowners on near i thought out that by asking others whom they was with it give me the best places for the car i had and even better i found out that even man a member of the free forum it gave me discount on insurance if done through the forum.
