Purchasing coverage from your local agent if he sells it is not very expensive. it covers you for the days you will be surrounded by Mexico. so if you say 2 weeks it will only cover for 2 weeks. i get the drift that purchasing ins in another counrty along w/ renting a car here can be somewhat expensive.
