Gap insurance! If my vehicle be stolen and consequently recovered do I enjoy to hold it spinal column?

over a month ago my car was stolen. I have gap and everything went fine, but only just it was found with singular minor damage. I already have a unmarked car - what is going to happen?? Do I hold to take my old sports car back?

If you be paid by your insurance company for the stolen vehicle it now belongs to THEM. Forget something like it..... Source(s): Calims guy, CowboyBill.
It is up to the insurance company. If they choose to repair the car later you will have to return the new motor, but you will subject to all monies paid out on the unmarked vehicle except for reasonable usage fee for the time you have the vehicle...Kinda like rental, which if you push the issue the insurance will pay for too.
No, when the insurance and gap insurance rewarded off the vehicle, it became the property of the insurance and if recovered it would walk to them. You may have the option of buying it backbone, but not the obligation.
No. Your insurance company will sell the old saloon for salvage. You should check to see if you can get your deductible back.
