I too have be bugged and changed due to this. I was with Norwich Union. I am immediately with Budget, find then cheap and they are UK base call centres. Source(s): Experience
i know exactly what you show before i go any futher i basically want to point out that im not a bit predgerdist but im with talktalk for my ip povider and ive never spoke to anyone english and i cant recognize them its imbarising when you got to ask what they said constantly anybody else got probs near this Source(s): me
Kwik Fit are based within Scotland and are very good on the phone. They do provide a moral price but also try to sell additional items. I insure beside them and would recommend
I totally agree, i very soon pick my banks, insurance, energy etc in some measure on the basis whether they support the UK economy.
In vocabulary of insurance companies, direct line has UK base call centres, but most of them peddle so if you go on to their websites they will promote if they are UK based.
I'm near MoreTh>n. They provide you with an account executive who you can speak to everytime you phone, regardless of query. He knows adjectives your information etc, so you don't have to keep repeating yourself to Daleks..
An added bonus, I find nearby premiums to be quite competetive.
Hope this helps.
Tesco Car insurance has english based call for centre.
Direct line have uk based
Have you tried any of these?
If you are having difficulty finding car insurance over the phone why don't you try looking online, it would be adjectives to miss out on a decent premium just becuase of communication problems. I acquire my insurance from moneysupermarket, they find car insurance quotes from UK companies so you could try them Source(s): http://www.moneysupermarket.com/motor/
I went with an insurer call performance direct ( or was it quoteline direct? mmmmm?) who are piece of a bigger outfit but theyre based in Trafford, Manchester.
I even go in to pay it surrounded by cash!
Good luck.
And aint it funny when some guy called Bob or Steve rings u and they can scarcely speak english?
direct rank
quinn direct - ok its ireland but at least you dont get some indian articulation saying "'ello my name is ralph, how may i lend a hand you" - like how many indians call ralph do you know.
aparantly it puts us more at ease if we think we a conversation to someone English.
try any one of the RBS (royal bank of Scotland) insurance companies approaching direct line or Churchill.
If I were you, I would use a local insurance broker. You will be able to concordat with a local person who will cheerfully give you their name so you can speak to them again, and they will know how to give you a selection of quotes from a panel of different insurers so you can chose the one that's best for you. Your broker will also know how to help you if you ever need to claims and you won't spend a fortune on hold to premium rate numbers. Have a look at Yell.com for brokers within your area or alternatively, there is a broker who uses InsuranceQuotesFAQ.com habitually called Dan Insurance Man - he's really good - drop him a smudge and he can give you contact details. Source(s): 20 years in the insurance business. Broker is best!
