20 years aged - Can I procure a months Car Insurance?
I am 20 years old and want a months car insurance for the christmas holidays - is here any company that will let me do this? Every one I have looked at appears to enjoy a minimum age requirement of at least 21, does anyone know of any that would allow me to take out a months policy at the age of 20?

I am a little surprised on this concern...
If your are 18 years old, you can vote join the
military and fire a M-16 or fly a fully F-16(after training)
and they won't consent to you buy auto insurance??
Have you tried contacting your parents or guardians
about this matter??
Maybe someone contained by the legal profession about this??
Maybe contact the ACLU??
Also, you might want to contact the local the Fourth Estate
and news media nearly this particular problem.
You may end up anyone the "Rosa Park" of
auto insurance.

I took out a policy under my own name near Liberty Mutual when I was 20. I had excellent credit and have the car in my own designation, that was all they asked. Hope this help!
No, insurance companies don't market insurance by a month at a time. The states don't allow it. The shortest time period is six months, but it's not allowed surrounded by all states.
I think you're confusing issues - the minimum age to rent a saloon, from a rental company, might be 21. But that's not at ALL the same as buying an insurance policy. Source(s): agent, 21+ years
