Can you take insurance on a saloon short a driver's license?
I'm trying to purchase a car, but right now my driver's license is expired from another state. I be planning on purchasing the car, getting insurance on it, taking that information to get it registered and next using the car that I bought to take my driver's audition in, but people hold telling me that you can't do that. So, if I don't have any other coup¨¦ to drive, can someone tell me how I can get my license?
