What will come to pass if i win pulled over by the police and i dont hold a license or saloon insurance and im 16?

Answers: okay i did the same thing but i be 15 and me and my boyfriend stole his moms car and we had fun, but afterwards i got pulled over and then it suck. i get charged with driving without license or contract and could not get my license till i was 21. so you are 16 purely go get your contract, you will have more fun driving without worrying just about getting pulled over. but i took my grandma car about 3 times and never get caught....but i wasn't so lucky the fourth. so my boyfriend went to jail and i get my *** kick. just jump get your permit! worthy luck!
In Ontario Canada you would get:

Drive no licence ticket- $325
Operate motor vehicle no insurance summons- $5000 mininum fine first offence
Tow bill for coup¨¦ $80-150 plus storage fees Source(s): Canadian Copper
I'd call your mom/dad and you'd receive a fat ticket. If you were self a complete ******, you'd get your car towed too. CA, USA.
You will enjoy to go to court you will get fined, and you will most predictable not get your license for months or even till you are 18. Whoever's car it be will be fined as well. You might be put on probabtion as well.
well i did like thing but i was 18 no insurace no lisence and no license plate!! and the single reason i got stopped be because no license plate which is because no insurance, i just kinda talked my opening out of it!! i dont suggest trying it though i am now 23 and a lil smarter. It just adjectives depends on who stops you!!
You most feasible will not be able to get a drivers license until your 21, depending on your states tenet. That's pretty stupid to do.
Your guardian would be contacted and your vehicle will be impounded for lack of insurance. Failure to enjoy a DL would land you jail, at lowest possible until your guardian picks you up from county lockup. The judge could then sentence you to more confinement and a hefty fine.
You'll get surrounded by trouble, and they will call your parents. You'll probably be ticketed. Save yourself the trouble, dont drive till you legally can.
your just screwed
first the cops will ***** slap you and then your parents
In my state you would be cited, taken to the station to await your parents and doesn`t matter what fate thay had surrounded by store for you and your vehicle WOULD be towed and impounded until such time as your parents paid the tow/impound fees.
Actually, I other heard that you could get stale of that charge as long as youre willing to do sexual favors.
jail or ticked or they could take your lic until u are 21 don't do it
Citation for no license, no insurance, and you'll need bond money, and because of your age, your parents will own to come get you. There is also a chance the vehicle will be towed. Source(s): Me, retired Police Officer
You'll be fined big time.
You won't be driving home! ~
if i'm the officer pulling you over , your getting fined , the car is getting towed , your going to the station , finger printed , booked , taken to the district magistrate , and probably spending the night contained by the local detention center , just to wise you up . next when you get home it's your parents turn to deal beside you
First you will get a ticket for no license and no insurance. When you go to court, the intercede will suspend your ability to obtain a drivers license for up to a year. The subsequent thing that will happen is that they will not allow you to drive home after you grasp the ticket. You'll have to lock the car and go it there. The third thing that might come up is that you're car may be impounded.
you will be screwed over then when you take your insurance it will be even higher than normal, only just get your licens and insurance. if you get into a moral size accident you will be even more screwed over. i had an happenstance when i was 16, thank god i had insurance, if i didnt, adjectives the doctors and lawyers would still be bleeding me dry of my money.
In California, you will be cited for 12500(a) CVC; Unlicensed Driver, which is a misdemenor. Your vehicle will also most likely be impounded for 30-days, and your parents will be responsible for paying not only the release fees from the police department (usually $100-$500) but also 30 days worth of towing and storage fees by the tow company (usually around $1000.)
