How long can a vehicle insurance Company come after you for a unpaid debt within the state of Wisconsin? ?
Was in an accident 10 yrs ago and have let my insurance lapse, when they found out I was uninsured they never pursued anything. I am purely curious to see if this debt is still valid or if they can still collect?
