I get a ticket because i have no insurance on my coup¨¦,is that going to affect when an employer is doing a backg?

when an employer is doing a background check on me,that ticket is going to affect?
Answers:
No, as long as your job does not require you to have an insured vehicle at your fingertips.

Background checks look at criminal history, a credit report (which does not give specifics, it just say, he has x number of revolving credit accounts, he has a home loan, etc), and will look at tuition, to make sure what you say you hold is really what you have.
It may show up, but likely not if you salaried it and they aren't hiring you for a driving position wher they want you to have 'clean driving record'. In fact, even if you be arrested on a traffic warrant, it generally does not affect employability. If the job application specifically asks roughly speaking tickets, be honest. Tickets and 'convictions' are two different things, remember.
It will be on your DMV record so be honest about it.
No idea, if that will affect the charge.

Will the employer see it? You betcha, if they do an MVR check. It's up to THEM to see if it's going to count against you or not. Source(s): agent, 21+ years
I wouldn't worry just about a minor traffic offense. If there is a question on your employment application, newly answer it. You wouldn't want your prospective employer to find out about any past criminal history that you didn't tolerate them know about first.
