I be surrounded by a saloon coincidence near no sports car insurance, so I want to know how much should I rate the being who's suing?
I was in a vehicle accident with no insurance and they claim I owed over $6,000. I expire up talking it down to $3,000 even. I wanted to know did I over salaried or was that a fair amount. The character had whiplash and received treatment and the car be damage at the rear finale.

Not to sound excessively preachy - I'm not qualified to bestow legal advice - imo consider yourself lucky that you weren't busted for not have insurance. I'd accept the 3K settlement and send it via certified correspondence, return receipt requested - but have them first sign a release from which you could probably dig up from a stationery store. Going forward, I would get thee to an insurance agency NOW and obtain the state minimum coverage - it may cost extra if they discover you have no prior immediate coverage - you need to whip care of this matter and move forward.
Make sure you pay by check or money order so you enjoy proof of payment.

But you didn't provide medical information, estimates for the car repair, the state, the rental bills, etc. So we hold NO clue.
