Letters something like settling a motor chance minus using insurance?
I was involved in a minor fender bender and be wondering if there is a website with standard junk mail I can use that state: this person has rewarded me for damages and that I will not make any damage claims against this creature in the future?

Just type something out and both party should sign. But..... Settling on your own is an extremely foolish thing to do. Bad things can and do happen. you can do this but it is a impossible idea-you may have currently unknown damage. have said that, use Tom's letter, it's good. Make sure it's witnessed and notarized on ALL copies. Source(s): 26 years agent
