Flipped my coup¨¦ next to no insurance and I have need of some oblige and/or proposal?
Im 19 and I got tboned two nights ago and flipped and totaled my vehicle.
I don't have insurance and the accident be pretty much my fault.
I talked to the driver of the other saloon today and since I have nothing to steal and I have no money to give him and not a soul to lend me moneyhe is taking me to court.
Has anybody had any similar experiences or any advice?
Get a second or third job.
You're going to be found at eccentricity, there's going to be a judgement against you, you're going to get your wages garnished.
One agency or another, you're going to end up paying the full amount of damages due. No way out of it. So the sooner you pay cheque it off, the less interest near will be.
If you go to court you will lose.
The best thing to do is settle out of court. If you dance to court and lose the judgement will be on your credit report and ruin it.
Call up the other guy and offer to make payments to him. See if he will adopt payment if he drops the court. Ask him to get estimates for the twist to his car and make payments to him if he will permit you.
We all make mistakes, but we also enjoy to pay for them.
My advice would be to hopefully learn something from this experience because it's not going to be fun.
OH boy you are in a world of sh--. If you live at home the layers will stir after your parents house and they accounts. If they have nothing your adjectives earnings are at stake here. If there be injuries the house and ambulance (depending on the state) will also sue.
"> Advice? It's too behind now to help you. Learn a lesson from this, if nought else.
