My son be kill contained by an chance and our sports car insurance check come payable to a trustfund,how do we bread it?
Our car insurance paid involuntary death for our son but it came surrounded by trust for our son? we dont have a trust so how do we cash it?

How old was your Son? Did he enjoy a will ? What country/state? Those questions have to be answered in the past anyone can properly advise you.
I thieve it your son was over the age of majority, then, and you weren't direct beneficiaries? That would build the cheque part of his estate. You can deposit it in an estate trust narrative until the estate is settled, or the lawyer calls for it to step into escrow. However, if your son was under the age of majority, the cheque should hold been payable to you.

You hire a lawyer. I'm sorry, but specifically the easiest, and probably in some states the only channel to do it. If you live in Illinois contact me and my father will do it for free (he is an attorney in Illinois), but any other state and I would only suggest contacting a lawyer. Since it came as a trust, your son was an fully fledged (over 18). You'll need to work with your guard showing that you are his soul survivors. If you've been with your dune a long time, they should be willing to assist with your wants, mine did. Take everything with you, birth/death certificate. They may hold you sign a probate form, it's mainly to cover them for any liability.
