lb2250, is it a satisfactory saloon insurance premimum as a just this minute passed 19 year weak mannish?

I moved to UK 2 yrs back, So now I passed the interview and was looking for insurance quotes for quite some days, tried everything possible i can do to dull the premium including adding named drivers, low insurance group cars, outdo plus and all that; and after all these, lb2250 is the cheapest i can capture, is it reasonable?
