Does fully comp insurance automatically connote you're insured 3rd get-together when driving other cars?
My bro reckons cos im fully comp I can drive his car and be insured 3rd f¨ºte? Isthis true? (In the UK)
Answers:
yes im fully comp and needed to no this and yes its true :)
no, you'd have to check the individual policy.
Also, most fully comp policies that allow you to drive another car are solitary valid if that other car has its own insurance policy as capably.
Read your insurance certificate, or for a definite answer phone your insurance company and ask them.
My closing one insurance company let me as mentioned on my certificate, but my current doesn't allow this odds.
Not adjectives the time! Check your policy before you do!
My last policy didn't cover me for that!
No it doesn't. A lot of companies are not doing this automatically any longer due to abuse of it.
Check your policy documents carefully.
