How antiquated must i be if i want to buy insurance?

I am thinking of buying uob(s'pore) insurance, an accidental insurance which i pay 100 or 200 sgd plus per year.But as i am 15 years elderly, am i valid to buy it ? Pls do not give me other insurance company or in other countrie.They are of no relevance to me!

An insurance policy is a contractual constraint and unless you are old enough to properly enter into a contract whereever you live, then you can't legally buy it.
It depends on where you live. In some states in the US, you can enter into a contract at 15 rightfully (insurance is a contract). Some states you have to be older, up to 18.
