as long as you have the Title you should be ok. Also, a NJ drivers license. As far as putting the vehicle under a companies given name now that's a major production. Do you own a vehicle registered in the company name very soon or had one in the effective past? If not you file an application next to the NJ DMV for a Corp. Code. There Is a form available on line at this address. it will instructions for putting a vehicle in your companies pet name
