New to buy used coup¨¦, can drive to home after buying near no insurance?

i dont really know how to do,
i am new to drive, Is it ok to drive the used car posterior home first but i dont have insurance, IF NO, what should i do??
Answers:
it depends on your state. i've purchased a couple of cars after typical business hours and just told my agent that i would come in the subsequent day with info more or less the new car, he said that everything would be ok because i be making an attempt to keep him informed. consult your insurance agent first, i'm not licensed for property insurance
Get the particulars about the car- Make, Model, body style, and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). Call insurance agent next to details, he/she makes policy up with the coverage you want. Go to agent, pick up insurance card. You also inevitability to go to the DMV to register car beside plates too, get them- you also need to bring back the car titled as well- get the behind the times title signed by the previous owner. When that is done. Pick up car, put plates on. Drive home.
legaly no because if u were to get pulled over u would most probable get a ticket if u can have some one run with u and drive u home or if it not far just drive it home and dont drive it again unless it a ergant till u seize inshurance
Common sense says you should hold coverage on the vehicle. You might want to ask the dealer about 'gap insurance'. You could also lug the legal description (to include VIN) to an insurance company/agency.
I would NEVER take a vehicle out into traffic that wasn't insured.
Bit of common sense needed here you obligation car insurance for a reason and to be precise to legally drive a car on a public road. So NO!! it's not ok to drive it home simple attain insurance first, problem solved!!

Using google to find some relateover the moon or you could try using answer engines such as yahoo answer or yedda.com to obtain some useful accepted wisdom.however,If you want some direct infomation, here http://www.AutoInsuranceFree.info is a nice one from my experience.

Most insurance companies will supply a cover note that is free of charge so that the vehicle can be moved on a public road. If you don't enjoy a crash no drama, if you do, you pay for the cost of the policy and whatever the excess is.
No insurance then you can not drive the car doing a tour. I suggest you contact an insurance company and ask them to cover you from a certain time (the time you are picking up your car).
