Why is the organization growing bigger than ever, regulating insurance co's and buying up home mortgage transcription?
It "bailed" then bought fannie/freddie - becoming the largest holder of home loans! Now it is in the works to "bail" insurance co AIG and start sticking its proboscis in and regulating the insurance industry. So is it true Republicans are socializing the US, also considering McCain wants to socialize healthcare? Sucking adjectives the wealth out and throwing us bread crumbs? WTF?

This is happening because Americans ar buying into the fact that the elected representatives is responsible for the economy, think around look at each campaign, why would any one ask them what they are going to fix it, its the governing body that messed it up in the first place. I see it this way they are both making a index of what they will do for you, to solve all your problems and get someone else to pay envelope for it. And people actually cheer approaching they will be able to do it. This ain't a Democrat problem or a Republican problem its an American problem, we need to translate our mindsets about the economy and social welfare because we are spending instrument more money then we should. Its MATH NOT MAGIC if we don't stop we will end up close to the companies we are bailing out and who will bail us out then.
Pretty funny that these companies are now nationalized and it have been done under a republican regime. The US's enemy Hugo Chavez would be proud. True conservatives heads must be spinning however something tell me most republicans, who wouldn't know a socialist if they hit them in the face, are proudly standing trailing their boy Georgie.
Brthurst is correct. I would only approaching to add one thing. It's a very well known fact that it is the Democrats that are trying to socialize the US. Universal form care, social/welfare programs to make more and more inhabitants dependent on the government, re-distribution of wealth, etc. Some of it may nouns like a 'warm fuzzy' idea but surrounded by reality it is a failed model. Especially to people like Americans who own lived with and value our freedoms.
(example) What use to be the United Soviet Socialist Republic is very soon Russia. Socialism didn't work there and it won't work here.
Our form of government have lasted longer than any other form of government contained by the history of the world. Why? Because if it is done right! it works.
Do we really want to become The United Socialist States of America?
Why would we want to do that when we already know it is a failed form of government? What we involve to do, rather than changing to a different (failed) form of organization, is to fix the things that are wrong with the one we have. Best process to start is to vote those out of office who lean in that direction. The further vanished you go, the more you find the ones that want to destroy (in the designation of 'change') what we have here.
