when you get to lock away don't bend over in the shower
You will be responsible for cost of repairs to the rental vehicle, the vehicle you hit, a rental for them while there motor is in the shop, and any injuries arising from the claim.

If you dont pay within a timely manner- your credit will be ruined, you will face losing your license and getting your wages garnished, you will enjoy collections and attorneys calling you 24/7 and life will be miserable.

I suggest you learn from your mistake and be a responsible full-grown and pay them like you deserve too.
your screwed
you will pay for all damages plus adjectives medical costs to the other party...
I'm surprised the rental place permit you have it with no insurance at adjectives.
You are screwed!
If you hit them, you are responsible both for the cost of fixing the car you hit, and to the rental company for damages to their vehicle.

If you used a credit card to rent the vehicle, check beside the credit card provider, sometimes they will cover part of it as a perk for using their card.
If you be driving a rental vehicle and did not take out the insurance and do not have your own insurance and didn't use a credit card that provides insurance coverage, you are responsible for the total damages to the rental vehicle as economically as the usual lost rental income while the vehicle is out of service.

It does NOT matter who was "at fault" for the luck. If the other driver was "at fault" you may be able to recuperate from his insurance company but the rental company will look to YOU for the damages to their vehicle.

The damage to the other vehicle as well as any injury claims resulting from the twist of fate WILL be paid by the rental company's insurance company if you are deemed "at fault" for the luck. Rental companies are required to maintain liability insurance coverage just close to everyone else. Typically the rental contract will limit that to the state-mandated minimum but most of them actually hold high-limit liability coverage. You will NOT be held responsible for this unless the actual damages exceed the state-mandated minimum limits.

This is all spelled out contained by the rental contract that you signed and is standard practice in the industry world-wide.
