I bought a motor near no duty road and no mot and no insurance.?

iam one of the unlucky driver in london ,
i enjoy bought car from acution few days a ago and i was driving it from biritsh vehicle acution to garage where my mechanic can have look at it.
i be in my way to garage and some one carshed within my car, police where in attendance and i asked for my info and i give it to them, i have said everything as i am truism it to u guys.
i just bought car didnt hold time for insurance and mot and tax road im in my agency to mot station where i can get one, and they toke my info and drive stale.
as i have been moved from my perviuos address i didnt get any letter from them which i meant to be contained by court, now i have other dispatch which shows i have to be in court by 27 convoy, i just wana know, what will happen and im i gona receive any points and how much fine?? is there any prison for it ,, please help me is so major ,this matter is playing with my go at the moment ?

OK,
1) it is your responcibility to ensure that you hold insurance on the vehicle, the fact you have no MOT does not concern as you were on your way to have it Tested at a garage.
2) the tax is another matter, you may recieve a fine surrounded by court for this. usually is lb200
- unlikley you will receive a custodial sentance for these offences, its is more likely you will recieve several fines, and dont be shocked if you licence is revoked/suspended for a length of time

you will be ok mate. i got done for having no export tax or insurance and i got 3 points and a lb270 fine. Dont let this verbs you, you will not go to jail as long as you relay the truth then you cant slip up. If you have an auction form or something to show that you have just bought the car this will show that you are not lying. Hope this have helped and everything goes adjectives right in court. It's people similar to you that cause headaches for the rest of us. No tariff I can understand, to a degree but you can arrange instant insurance cover over the phone. I did when I bought my ending car.
You're lucky they didn't take your saloon off you there and next as it can be done now under piece 165 of the road traffic act for no insurance.
I would suggest that you may get a fine at Court and possibly points as powerfully and I personally hope you do.
It's people close to you that cause the rest of us to pay so much for vehicle insurance to cover the cost of uninsured drivers who have an accident.
A better grasp of the English speech would be nice too
