"Hillarycare:" if the federal senate can compel you to buy vigour insurance . . .?
and compel employers to provide it, can it also compel everyone to get a large school diploma? Or a job? Or mandate that the parents of a child conceived out of married state get married?
But seriously, I have tons questions on the various strength care plans being discussed, and am still sorting through it adjectives.
But my basic question is going on for the limits of the federal government's power to, say, require that everyone make a purchase of health insurance. How does this compare with other activities the federal government requires us to take? Where is the constitutional authority? Again, the federal establishment already imposes many requirements on us, and I believe Mitt Romney instituted a similar state plan surrounded by Mass.
Finally, I included my examples about education, job and marriage, because studies show these factors contribute most to poverty.
What influence you?

In general, federal mandate do not work well. The government exists to serve the populace, not the other way around. The health diligence plan that Hillary Clinton has proposed does not mandate that anyone buy insurance, it is an attempt to make robustness care coverage affordable to all and to increase coverage that insurance companies are slowly deletion. Currently all U.S. taxpayeres are paying more and more for health supervision, whether they have coverage or not, and recieving less and smaller number care.
Exactly! No where in the Constitution is power granted to the Federal Gvmt to mandate the folks buy insurance. I believe that this is different for the States.
What coverage would she demand us to buy? Mental health? Well Baby Care? I call for neither, could I opt out? Somehow I doubt it.
And what if we didn't want to buy her plan? What if we worked hard and are able to afford to salary our own way, would she throw us in young offenders` institution? Take away our income tax refunds?
Disgusting that nation even can think that this is a good plan.
i dont think the government should salary (maybe subsidize it some for lower income working people) for it but i think it should be madated for the same sense car insurance is mandated surrounded by many states, most people short health insurance that have serious illnesses conclusion up getting their care paid for any by charity or they declare bankruptcy, any way it comes back and take from society
I think it's a impossible idea; conversly, they can compel you to insure a car, seize kids shots,.....
It;s the dream of the "Nanny State", wear helmets, safety belts etc.....................
If you enjoy nothing, what are you going to pay the form insurance premiums with? Cut up newspapers. That is why individuals don't have health ins. to commence with. Rich people, resembling Clinton ought to live on the poor side for a while and see what it is really like.
Universal health protection is one more step down an already dangerous road. Hillary requests us all to be dependent upon the government, and that's a fruitless place to be. As the authority of government increases, civil liberties lessen. We already see how the government is trying to destroy our civil liberty. The ban on trans fats is tantamount to adage the American people are too stupid to make their own intelligent food choices. Ditto that for smoking ban like they have contained by Ohio, where your home or your car is in the region of the only place you can smoke legally. We want to see the health care debate for what it really is -- a smoke-screen put out by the liberals that they claim will take home life better for all Americans but will contained by reality hurt the working class and take away our freedom of choice near health care.
It's psycho.
Heck man, she aint even president yet! Talking similar to this would get a lot of relations in trouble. Once people grasp used to the idea, even the ones running against her, she'll win.:(

Jut as long it doesn't compel me to draw from a college degree.
I am wondering how they are going to pay for it.
With the restrictions on doctors..could there be a shortage? If the insurance companies are no longer needed...how masses people will become unemployed?
What is the cut sour ($)for free healthcare?
Will medical and medicare become a thing of the past or will it of late be expanded?
What about state run health programs for children..will they exist or die past its sell-by date?
So many questions..not a soul has an answer.
