Buy Insurance or Go To Jail, how heaps of you regard specifically right to do to any America? Even the poor?
Is this the right thing to do America, make another expensive monthly bill and next if someone doesn't pay it, then fine them $1900 and if they don't payment it throw them in jail for a year and fine them $ 25,000?

Ensign receives handwritten confirmation
This doesn't come to pass often enough.
Sen. John Ensign (R-Nev.) received a handwritten transcribe Thursday from Joint Committee on Taxation Chief of Staff Tom Barthold confirming the penalty for failing to pay the up to $1,900 tax for not buying health insurance.
Violators could be charged with a misdemeanor and could frontage up to a year in jail or a $25,000 cost, Barthold wrote on JCT letterhead. He signed it "Sincerely, Thomas A. Barthold."
The note was a follow-up to Ensign's examination at the markup.

I'll be damned if my government "makes" me buy health insurance. I can't keep on til BO is out of power. What a fool he is.
