Would it violate my constitutional rights to force me to buy form insurance.?

I am 30 years old with no form problems. When I get sick or hurt, which is not often; I budge to the local urgent care, doctors office, or emergency room. I enjoy made about 6 visits over days gone by ten years, so it is much cheaper for me to purchase my health care as I necessitate it, instead of consistently paying for health insurance. Would it be legal for the federal system to force me to purchase health insurance?
Answers:
Yes, it violates your rights, constitutionally protected or not, but when did that ever stop elected representatives from doing whatever it wants? If those contained by government had any concern for defending rights, 100% of taxes, (theft), would be gone, and nearly 99.9% of all regulation which violates what's gone of your rights to life, liberty and property.
As legal as it was for the federal policy to force me to pay for a completely unnecessary war, for medicare division d, for free, universal health attention for ALL Iraqis and Afghans for the past 7 years.

You send me a return check, and I'll be more than happy to pay your insurance premium. Hell, my return check would cover you for the rest of your life.
It is unconstitutional for the federal organization to be involved in health fastidiousness in any way. The rule does not follow the constitution.
If they pass by it....yes it is.

that is why you call and write and give an account them NO FOR THIS HEALTH CARE INSURANCE!

It isn't passing ...they don't have plenty votes to pass it....that is why they are pissed sour and mean lately. If they could pass it..it would own been done instead of crossing the nation to the "57 States" that Obama is head of. :))))
There is a right wing school of thought that the 10th amendment would prohibit it, but rightfully, they don't have a case. This official battle was lost a long time ago and it have since been proven that the US Government has the right to duty and make laws that cost relations and companies money.
is it unconstitutional for the government to net you go to school or obverse criminal charges?

Somehow you slipped through those cracks, so I wouldn't worry about the condition care thing.
No more illegitimate than the federal govt. taxing you and requiring you to fund public education with your taxes.

Neither of which is explicitly stated within the Constitution either.

Wait until you get elder, the doctor visits become more routine.
No, you are free to pay the fine instead.
