Buy insurance or use a state clinic?

i am pregnant. i have been shopping for vigour insurance, and i'm not sure i can afford it. i have also found my local clinic that has a sliding enormity fee.
i have notice that they have a "mom and baby" program that is virtually free. if i be to use insurance, i would pay into the thousands of dollars.
i have be unemployed for over six months and see nothing on the horizon. i am starting to wonder if it would trademark more financial sense for me to just use the clinic instead of getting insurance even if i could afford it.
should i use a clinic and let the state foot the bill? i perceive guilty but if i pay for my own insurance i am afraid i won't be able to pay cheque rent.
Answers:
Yes, the home of family values considers pregnancy to be a "pre-existing condition."
Most new insurance policies will not cover your pregnancy now, it is a pre-existing condition.
Call Social Services. Most states cover pregnancy and new born baby strictness for free.
