I bought a strange macbook, it fell and presently it's dented...can insurance cover it?

My insurance is like 2 years long. Today my laptop fell...the CD rom article isn't working anymore. That part is screwed up, there's a very small dent too. Do you regard if i go to frys they'll fix it since I have insurance?
Answers:
Only if your insurance specifically covers Accidental Damage
Nope. That is accidental reduce to rubble. You will have to pay.

The cost to replace the lower shell on the MacBook Pro is in the region of $500.

Same thing happened to me. Warranty does not cover it.

Check the Apple Care warranty agreement. It distinctly utter that accidental damage is not covered.

Luckily my disc Rom still works, so I bought a hard case to put on it and hoard the damage.
Go to the AppleStore and have them take a look. If they provide you a letter stating the SuperDrive is broken, the insurance company will pay. It's worth a try. Source(s): MacUser since 1992.
If you bought it recently, yes, they will cover it. I recently have part of my keyboard come out and go to the mac store. They said they will schedule a one to one walk through and fix it. But it adjectives depends on when you bought it.
might as well try
Ask your insurance, adjectives policies vary.
if you go to the mac store you may know how to work something out. Don't say you dropped it though. If you have an insurance it should be o.k, but I don't guess they'll cover it if you dropped it. you shoudl read the insurance policy.
No coverage for accidental defile under the standard warranty plan
No. Insurance does not cover impair from being dropped.
