BUYING A CAR INSURAnce?
Hey Im higly interested in a 2001 honda civic si. Sunroof, fully loaded. The dealer is sell trucks and americans vehicles only. He get his hands on this civic. I called up i be offered $7500 + tax for everythign inlcuding tested, emiison n certification. On the auto trader he put it for 9000. I call hime up he said tht's the lowest. IS there a good uncertainty if I bring 7000 cash to his place and offered it , will he accept it?Yea the timing belt and wet pump is going to have to be changed. plus one of the lights is not working , plus surrounded by the interior some painting has to be done. I'm gonna submit him 7200 cash in one envelope. It's gonna be a give somebody a lift it or leave it deal. The guy bene tellin me he'z be selling it for a month. Always telling me its gonna sell hasty. Is 7000 reasonable, or 7200?

You're overpaying. A lot. What city are you in? If you have the brass up front you will always get a better agreement going through private parties. Dealer mark-ups are crazy, plus private parties are more imagined to make a deal next to you to get rid of the car because they probably entail the money for a new car. Just build sure they're willing to let you run the car to a mechanic and get a full check on it in the past you sign anything. good luck!
