I bought inferior insurance because my ex's policy be so poor. Question:?

My son was recently surrounded by hospital and my ex's policy left $4000 unpaid. I bought a secondary policy that will do away with 80% of that for me. Does my ex get to benefit from this? My divorce decree is unformed to me and says of secondary insurance::"cooperate file claims. and ensure that the party who pays for health perfectionism expenses for the child is reimbursed for payment from both carriers to the fullest extent possible."

All of the hospital bills are contained by my name with some in anticipation of insurance review. Thank you!

Don't forget that you are helping to pay for condition care expenses through your insurance premiums, so that includes you too. I suggest that you ask your lawyer almost this as you don't want to end up in trouble near your ex.
