Am I required to reimburse my medical insurance from money I may collect from an automobile quirk?
I'm extremely confused about how this all works, do I submit to the auto insurance the full amount of my medical bills or only just my copays? I'm not trying to make a profit, but I don't want to end up losing money because of someone elses laxity.
Answers:
full amount of what al cost are
saloon, doctor, lost of work and pain ask for it all
you want or want whats owe to you if your bills add up to 100,000 wouldnt ask for 10,000 would you
PamelaS has good information within her answer. I would just add this: You should not own used your medical insurance to cover any of your medical expenses. You should have told them it was the result of an automobile happenstance. If you did use your own medical insurance, you will be expected to pay them back when you are compensated through the at slate persons insurance, you can't be paid twice.
It can be set up either way. Either your settlement will be
the settlement amount plus your medical bills, or basically the settlement amount, in which case you would be expected to compensate your bills out of the settlement. Ask the adjuster who is offering and verify, they will be happy to explain how their particular set aside works. .
The insurance company should be paying the full amount of your bills, because your health insurer should not be the first company to pay if the bills are due to an calamity. Source(s): Claims adjuster
Nope. Insurance is a PAID service --- any other money you receive is your to keep. You repay premiums to your insurer for just such an event.
