AAA Automobile Insurance.?

Currently I am 17(had my license for about a year). Have not gotten car insurance(i be in da navy...). What I wanna know is how much will it cost for my dad who currently have 4 cars and 4including him people under his coverage to make a payment me and will drive one of those car? is there a excise? how much will it cost a month(full coverage)? can i just pay for it up front ( 6 months)?--
