Anyone enjoy an notion almost USAA - about auto insurance claim?
My daughter was rear completed by someone with USAA. The other driver got a ticket and it is a clear that the other driver be at fault. I have submitted adjectives the papers that they asked for. It has been 50 days since the disaster and I have not heard from the claims adjuster - I own left messages. The two times that the adjuster called, she made it clear that she be extremely busy. Anyone have any experience dealing with USAA? If so, any and adjectives advice(s) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

Those motherfriggers sit at their desk eating ham sandwich. They don't investigate claims until you mention LAWSUIT. That's right you claims reps for USAA are a bunch of penile hairs! Report me, who gives a hoot.
50 days.....wow! From my experience USAA was drastically fast at handling things. Maybe you should ask to speak to a supervisor. 50 days is a long time.
Good luck...I hear alot of BAD things when it comes to that company...Third party claims are never that important to the adjusters...The are see as losing money...Best bet would be to use your own insurance company...if not to file a claim but to at smallest offer some assistance with handling USAA...specifically part of the services that you are paying for..~V
USAA is a company that is to say exclusive to military families. I have USAA and the are great.
However, they are not your insurance company and they are losing money. You may hold to file a claim with your insurance company and own them handle it. 50 days is a long time, perhaps speak to a supervisor or even a different representative.
Good luck!
