we were involved in a saloon accident in ca. We be hit at the rear side.We don't have insurance. The other have. The adjuster sent us a letter that is be total wrecked. The insurance is trying to make a settlement but we still have to foot almost half the cost of the car. The vehicle is leased. Our attorney is telling us that we are at loss if we push the valise for we don't have insurance.
