Answers: That's not a apt idea, I had like problem before I got my license.The certainty is not the point that he doesn't have any insurance. Its the fact that he doesn't own a D.L. If the cause of the accident be him, then he will have to find a bearing to pay for the damage cause. But depending on the other party involved in the twist of fate, and the severity of the accident, he could be in closely of trouble, because that they could possibly go to the police with this, and that they will discover that he doesn't enjoy a D.L., which could result in him getting fined for driving without a license. So what he desires to do now is to arrange with the those not to go to the police with this, and afterwards they have to go and find out how much it will cost to fix the saloon, which then they have to dispense it to him and he has to find a way to wages for it.
