Save your money for the fines! An attorney cant help you when there is NO court agreed excuse for no insurance. No, they cant take your license for just no insurance. If you be drunk, caused an accident and have no insurance - that is another matter! Source(s): DMV Clerk
No, pay the ticket. If you don't income the ticket than your license will be suspended!
no need for attorney might suspend it and will give u fine of 1000 dollers
uh you buy insurance first , later you get a ticket lol
If Ohio has a mandatory ins directive, they can and probably will take your license. You dont need an attorney, you involve ins and money to pay the fine.
Been there done that.
No- You should attain AUTO INSURANCE Source(s): Common Sense
you should pay the ticket for it is your blemish for not having insurance and in some states they can and do run away a license on a first offense if you do not get insurance and pay the ticket
Maybe you should rate your ticket and then get auto insurance. A central policy is cheap. It doesn't matter how far you're driving, it's still breaking the law. I don't guess you need an attorney. I think you obligation common sense.
No you were wrong, just income the ticket and get auto insurance.
amass the attorney money buy insurance
All the attorney is going to do is take a fee, and you will still be guilty, right? Sorry, but within was a choice to not break the law, it isn't as if you took an uninsured vehicle to drive an injured party to emergency to save a life. You enjoy to plead guilty. do you have the option of guilty beside an explanation? We have that here, and it allows you to throw yourself at the mercy of the court, and the court to use discretion in applying punishment.
yes if you want 2 win your court covering no cause that's another state
