I get backside completed by an not permitted alien w/o auto insurance today. Can I report him to INS if he doesn't salary up?
Can I get him deported if he doesn't pay up or throw him surrounded by jail? I'd rather not do this, but it's a dog put away dog world. I don't have time for this b/s.

You can report him, but most likely nil will become of it. We have the same problem within the area where I live next to illegals. Even our local police say when they report to INS ppl, nothing happen.

I liked rx8 slotcar's question. I hold it that no cops came? Who owned the vehicle? Did you see a legitimate registration from your state's motor vehicle department? Was near a valid sticker on the license plates? Were there license plates? Did he have any ID at adjectives? If the registered owner (R/O) is not your accidental tourist, you can recover your damages from the registered owner, who would also be surrounded by deep water if he doesn't own auto insurance either.
If your R/O is an undocumented resident (illegal alien), I'd want to know how the DMV registered a car to someone minus a proper driver's license. If he had a driver's license and was matching status, how did DMV let that happen?

If you threaten him near deportation, he will disappear into the wind, and so will your chances of any payment. If you call ICE, they may help you procure your money back if he has any to impart. It just depends on whom you get on the other terminate of the line and how much of a law-abiding straight-arrow guy you come off as. If you attain belligerent, I can guarantee you the file will be looked at sometime when they are not pressed with more momentous matters, like who's turn is it to stir get the coffee.

He won't get deported. The immigration rules are something to chortle at. Basically you can report him and then when they file for citizenship they might procure denied but that won't stop them from being in the country anyway.

Not sure if adjectives the legalities, but if you have his name and his needed info afterwards if he refuses to pay up, next give it a shot, or let him know of your intenions if you can find him and that may upset him enough to get him to gross things right with you.
I can think about how frustrated you are, but the INS doesn't do anything about illegal aliens. The best you can do is to report it to your insurance company and the DMV. The DMV will suspend the driver's license for a year...and if the driver doesn't own a license because he is an illegal alien, it's possible that the police will take over from within.
