Anyone else tired of the auto insurance commercials?
I know they have to advertise, but I am SO sick of EVERY insurance commercial out here constantly showing commercials claiming that everyone who ISNT insured with them is overpaying. I have military insurance, so I get full coverage (with GAP) on a 2007 Nissan Frontier for $26 a month.....beat that.
What is even worse is the ones that come on looking like its some sort of impressive public announcement or the safe auto one that CLAIMS that the cops have a agency of looking at your car and KNOWING that you dont have insurance. What ever.

they have that in some countries, its call communism. and if you'd like that in the US, vote for Obama.
bottom chain, they have to advertise. theyre not going to plug that "well we will probably end up costing you a lil more than the other guy". no that would be dumb. the singular one i know of that says you will save over the others is Progressive. some others read aloud ways you can save but they dont say youll free so much over another company, its usually insure your house and car and save on average $XXX.xxor no accident every 6months get a rebate.

Yeah, but competition amongst themselves keeps them competitive with their pricing... so really, it's to our pre-eminence. I don't care. I've been beside the same insurance agent since I was two (my mom have this guy, then when I got a motor, I used him... then an apartment... then a house.... blah blah blah). It's something like the service he gives, not about the money. Sure, I might find cheaper insurance near another company, but are they as good as he is? Definitely not. Geoff is the best insurance guy around AND he's a good friend.
However, I do love the insurance ad with the cavemen. I laugh every time! They are simply SO funny!
