MetLife Auto....is this a honest Auto Insurance company?
I am interested in switching my Auto Insurance company to MetLife Auto. Their premiums are almost $400 less than what I am paying presently (same coverages).
Anybody ever deal with this Auto Insurance company? Are they polite to their customers?

I've never dealt with them instinctively but I feel they've been around for a long time & I've never hear any derogitory things about them , you can ask for a customer satisfaction number to nickname. But $400 bucks is quite a good funds I could see why you'd question their work ethics. But should you move about w/them before you give them credit card # ect hold that same quote printed out on their letterhead they did do a bait & switch on a quote a long time ago.
