Any complaints regarding the 21st Auto Insurance Company? I am thinking about switching to them.

Is it the California Based 21st insurance company? If so, consequently they have an A+ rating by ambest (ambest.com) which is means finanially, they are surrounded by very good shape.
Check out the NAIC website for complaints. It looks approaching they have more complaints than the average company but it's not terrible.
