I'm 16, auto insurance press?

I'm 16 years old, and we have 3 cars sitting around that I would in actual fact be allowed to drive(all except the Corvette). In a couple weeks I'm going to be insured to drive our 1-ton pickup. If the pickup isn't available, would I be able to drive one of our other cars legally even though I'm circuitously insured through them, but my parents give me consent to drive somewhere?
Answers:
Yes you can drive any coup¨¦ with consent, however you must be registered as a driver on your parents insurance policy. Source(s): Insurance agent
insurance follows the vehicle, not the person. If the vehicle is insured, your insured. As long as you are on your parents insurance policy, your golden, budge take that car and drive it everywhere you want, but lets face it- who would want to drive a corvette when you gotta 1-ton to see around like a nascar winner?
When you are insured under your parents for one coup¨¦, you will be insured on all of them. There may be an clause for the Corvette I'm not sure on that one. Check with you agent for the details so you'll own all the correct answers.
autoinsurance.noneto.com - check this one. As I remember they have lowest sports car insurance rates for teens and young drivers.
