Question roughly speaking an auto accedent and insurance?
Hi, I had a small auto accedent late lastnight. I get rear ended, going I don`t know...2 miles an hr. All it did was scratch and slightly dent my licence plate. I didn't want to ring up police or anything because it was late. I have a baby who cried but is otherwise ok but called nurse who adviced taking him to ER only just to get the OK from a doctor.
My husband took information down and I saw her hand him her drivers licence but he simply wrote down her name (first and last) and her phone number.
Problem is at the ER they said my health insurance may not adopt claim since it was car accedent. It wouldn't be much but presently I am worried. I didn't want to deal with insurance because it be such a little incident and I don't have her insurance information to confer the insurance company. Are they likely to deny the claim anyway?
