I enjoy both Health Ins and Medical Coverage thru my Auto Insurance?
I was in a saloon accident. Can I have my doctor bill my Health Ins Coverage so he can draw from paid faster and continue my trouble. If I bill the Auto ins it may take years before they settle and my doctor is disappeared holding the bag until the claim settles. Can my health ins retribution then they can go after the auto insurance? Is at hand a TX state law that says who should be primary?
