I don't own a sports car can I still take an auto insurance policy surrounded by Houston?

You could about mortal added on as a driver on the policies, although if you live with one of them then it would probably spawn the most sense to be added on then.
Another option would to look into getting a non-owner policy. They're relatively inexpensive because you aren't insuring a specific motor (the car would still be covered by the policy your bf and parents have) but it will give you liability insurance.
