I be contained by an auto chance, what's the best channel to manipulate, insurance or lawyer?
I do have whiplash and my car's frame is bent in 2 places. I've hear horror stories about car frames that enjoy been bent, that the car will never be duplicate. I asked my ins. claim agent about if I did have the motor repaired and it wasn't corrected what are my options, I was told I could put up for sale it private party....wrong answer!

And yeah, you could provide it private party. That was a CORRECT answer.....
Go ahead and sue if you want. The first entity the court will ask you, is why you didn't go through your insurance.
Then you'll get to explain that they told you correct info, and you settled not to listen.
And that will pretty much be the end of that.
Have you accepted salary for damages? Ie. Is the claim closed? Were you examined by a doctor at the time of the accident? Whose insurance company is paying? Yours or the other parties?
