I have a legal representative, annul twice from my defence ( auto insurance fraud)?
1. First i hired a private attorney to represent me in a automobile insurance fraud case surrounded by district court.
2. I got indited to superior court, my lawyer have to withdraw from my case due to one of the lawyer from his firm was being investigated and also indited withe me (in a coordinate crime) in superior court.
3. That private attorney, had to cancel due to conflict of interest with me and the attorney being investigated., he withdraw
4. I got sent to superior court, were i get apointed a court apointed veteran.
5. 1 year and half, later he have to withdraw from my case due to him file a withdraw. He gets it, not i am given another attorney.
QUestion: What are my options , my court apointed lawyer is giving more time to review covering. I would like a private expensive attorney for things to go better for me, im afraid the deem will not allow me to get a private lawyer next on..
What should i do?
