i pulled up the texas department of insurance and adjectives i see there is to study for the exam...
is that all near is.... just study for the exam... take it... you ratify and your an agent?

There are not mandatory classes to take the test. There ARE mandatory "continuing education" credits that must be completed every two years.
Yes. Study for the exam, miss the test, pass the backround check, and voila! you're an agent.
