As long as you have collision coverage, your insurance would potentially cover the damage. But since reporting it, get an estimate of the damage and check your deductable for this coverage. It sounds resembling it is very minor damage and may be completely spellbound by the amount of your deductable. if so, you wouldn't want to report it, as it would go in your profile and could affect future rates.

Techincally you are supposed to notify your insurance but dont. Unless the damage is ridiculously above your deductible it isn't worth it. This would be covered under you collision coverage if you fetch any, otherwise your repairs are out of pocket. The damage to the garage is covered under your liability property devastate. If it is you garage then don;t even worry more or less it. Source(s): I am an auto claims adjuster.
Try to agreement it out of pocket, otherwise insurance rates will go up much more. You can check how quotes will change here - carquotes.imess.web
You should fix your garage and your car yourself. If you don't that will be an at shortcoming accident and most likely your insurance would stir up. In CA if the damage is over $750 then your rates turn up because it is one point on your DMV record.
