Are nearby ANY Insurance companies that can write a policy (HO, Auto & UMB) for properties surrounded by multiple states?
I asked this q a few years ago - and got responses that there WERE - but since after - I have had NO LUCK contained by actually identifying a company that could cover our insuance for properties surrounded by multiple states for homeowners, auto, liability (and possible flood insurance). I am tired of mult policies, mult bills, and know that consolidating to one provider SHOULD be cheaper as their risk is spread over a large geographical area. To date - no luck - but an unscrew to solving this quest!

I believe so, someone like Travelers. The problem is that each policy is regulated by the State where on earth the policy is issued and that may cause some problems. Best bet....go to an Independent Agent (look surrounded by the phone book). They know how to make this work for you
