Can I nullify auto rental insurance I took out if I simply found out I will obligation the motor an extra week?

I was hit by someone last weekend, and since it be there fault State Farm is covering everything including the rental motor. My husband and I took out the rental insurance thinking we would only need the vehicle a week, but we'll be needing it 2 weeks instead. I can't afford to to pay $13 a year for another week so I was wondering, can I call Enterprise and terminate the insurance because I'll be needing the car longer than expected?
Answers:
It's extremely simple. The motor must be insured if you drive it
You can cancel the insurance, but you must return the vehicle to the rental location so that they can do an inspection and redo your contract.... you can't rescind it over the phone.

Hope this helps!
