Getting A Quote For Auto Insurance.?
I am looking around for auto insurance and they ask if you have accidents and/or violation. I have had 3 accident (only 1 was my fault) and 1 violation within the past 3 years, but they are not on my MVR, would I still have to put it down?

Yes you should never fail to disclose anything as it might come hindmost to bite you should they be forced to pay out.

Withholding information is a form of insurance fraud and it's a morale see. Insurance companies do not like this....
There should be a drop down for NAF accident (Not at shortcoming accident). Use that selection for the accidents that be not your fault. As for your violation, if it's not showing on your MVR because you completed the protecting driving course then don't list the citation. If you didn't complete the driving course next you do need to list the contravention, unless it's a non-moving violation (i.e. parking ticket, etc.)
Don't try to defraud an insurance company to get a cheaper rate. You'll find yourself lacking insurance when you need it most Source(s): Licensed Insurance Agent
Even if they arent on your MVR if an insurance company have paid anything out on them they will still count & the insurance company can probably see them in their system. But if you have a wreck that no insurance company knew about & no police showed up, consequently no you wouldnt have to tell them & they wont show up.
